Reset or change your password

Change it in Settings, or reset it with a code sent to your phone if you forgot it.

Change your password

If you know your current password, you can change it from inside the app.

  1. Open Settings and tap Change password.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new one twice. It must be at least 8 characters and different from the old one.
  3. Tap Update password.

Any other phone signed in to your account is signed out, so a lost or borrowed phone stops working. This phone stays signed in.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter the phone number on your account.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code we text you.
  4. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

For your security, resetting signs you out of every device. Sign in again with your new password.

No code? See I am not getting my verification code. Too many wrong attempts will lock sign-in for a minute, so wait and try again.
